Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using Kidstel (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of the operator and users. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service is an information service for families visiting Busan with children. It curates stay and destination information and suggests itineraries based on the conditions you enter.

• Bookings and payments are made on each booking platform (such as Agoda). The Service is not a party to any booking or payment.
• Disputes about bookings, payments or refunds are to be resolved between the user and the booking platform or the property.

3. Accuracy of information

The Service labels place and stay information as either "verified" or "not yet verified". Verified information reflects official sources at the time of checking; unverified information is for reference only.

• Facilities, prices, opening hours and closing days may change without notice. Please confirm anything essential with the official channels of the property or venue before visiting or booking.
• Travel times and estimated arrival times at the stay or airport are estimates based on straight-line distance and may differ from actual times.
• Itineraries are automatically generated suggestions based on the conditions you enter. The Service does not guarantee their accuracy or suitability.

4. Affiliate links

The Service takes part in affiliate marketing with booking platforms and may earn a commission on bookings made through links on this site. The price you pay is the same as when booking without the link.

5. Intellectual property

The information, copy and design curated by the Service belong to the operator. You may use them freely for planning your own trip, but may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Sending excessive requests to the Service with automated tools or bulk-collecting its content
• Copying the Service's information without permission for commercial use
• Interfering with the operation of the Service

7. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from errors or changes in the information provided, or from decisions made in reliance on it. The same applies to interruption or modification of this free service.

8. Changes to these terms

Changes will be announced on this page 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are handled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
